Regional Manager

Cobalt property management is looking for a southern regional manager to be responsible for 64 units in Austin and Rochester Minnesota and assist in acquiring and maintaining additional property in the region.

Wages: $18.00 an hour plus commissions

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
•show and lease units to prospective residents
•respond to resident’s requests for maintenance
•Manage contractors during rehabilitations and major maintenance ( roofs, siding, etc)
•Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenant occupancy
•Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
•Maintaining property grounds including lawn care
•Preventative maintenance
•Maintaining and keeping a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas
•Monitor and respond to emergency number and email
•Work with the team to identify and evaluate potential acquisitions
•Manage acquisition turn overs

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
•proficient with use of software on phone
•proficient with web based communications, email, and software (training provided)
•Dry walling including painting and carpentry
•Basic knowledge of plumbing
•Basic knowledge of electrical, including outlets, switches, and light fixtures
•Willingness and ability to learn and follow through
