Frequently Asked Questions
How do I apply for a lease?
To apply for a lease, click on View Available Homes, find the home for which you’d like to apply, and click on the button that says Apply Now.
What are the requirements to qualify?
Income – Must equal at least 2.5X the rent for the home you like. We do accept cosigners.
Credit – We look at credit history, credit score, and outstanding debt. If you have a question, ask us.
Rental history – We contact your previous landlord. Have their email and phone number ready. First time renters are not automatically disqualified.
Criminal Background – Convictions for violent crimes can be grounds for denial.
Can I have pets in my new home?
Yes, we allow pets in some of our rental properties. There is a pet fee and in some cases pet deposit. Breed restrictions apply.
How do I report a maintenance Issue?
To report a maintenance issue, please log in to your tenant portal and submit a maintenance request. We’ll respond right away.
How can I pay my rent?
You can pay your rent online through your tenant portal. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and electronic bank transfers.
